Small Group Training

Group Size: 5 Maximum
Sessions available each day!

We help you to choose the group that fits your needs best so that you get the most out of your sessions and have fun.

Friends are very welcome and the first session is FREE!

Unlike other group training facilities who encourage large groups, Small Group Training gives you near to one on one training at a fraction of the cost. The more sessions you book in a week, the more affordable your sessions become.

Additional sessions can be added to our 3 a week package at a discounted rate, please discuss your options with one of our trainers.

Personal Training

Duration: 60 minutes
One on one
Sessions by appointment only
Session availability varies for each trainer

One on one Personal Training is ideal for those with very specific needs (e.g. disabilities that require 100% attention, some rehabilitation and sports specific training) or for those uncomfortable training in a group.

All of our trainers offer one on one training.

If you are interested in one on one training contact us and we can further talk you through what each trainer offers.

Nutrition

Duration: 60 minutes
Sessions by appointment only
Available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday!

Nutrition consultations are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (up to 8pm) and Friday morning and the initial consultation runs for 60 minutes.

Alannagh will discuss with you your goals, concerns, family history and your current lifestyle to determine the best diet plan and training program for your specific situation.

Unlike other nutritionists, Alannagh holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Genetics and Nutrition. You benefit from the combination of her understanding of your genetic make up and environmental impacts so that you can understand what does and doesn’t work for your body.

We work with MNK Food who provide pre-prepared, fresh and nutritionally balanced meals for people who need the convenience of great food without the hassle of cooking, cleaning or calorie counting.


sportsperformance

Sports Performance

Duration: 60 minutes
Group Size: 5 Maximum
Sessions available each day!

Whether your goal is strength, speed and aesthetics, we can tailor a plan to push your body to the next level by combining training and nutrition.

Sports Performance training is available Monday to Saturday and each session runs for 60 minutes.
